FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We are shipping from Canada, delivery timelines are approximate. Within Canada 1 - 8 business days depending upon the recipient province, to the US 4 - 8 business days and to the UK and EU approximately 4 - 7 business days. 

IS IT RECOMMENDED TO FRAME PRINTS WITH GLASS?

Paper products are susceptible to moisture, dust and scratches. Ultrachrome inks are used in all of our prints which provide a long colourfast life. Placing your print under glass will protect it for years to come. 

WHAT SIZE FRAME DO I NEED?

The size of the frame refers to the "window" of the frame. An 8" x 10" print would require an 11" x 14" frame with a matte opening of 8" x 10". Our smallest prints are 5 1/2" x 7" which will fit nicely into an 8 x 10" frame with a little trimming, This will provide a white border offsetting the image and will give the appearance of matting. 

WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO FLATTEN ROLLED PRINTS?

Place the print on a clean, flat surface. Gently unroll the print, handling it along the edges. Use the brown paper wrap enclosed to lay over your image before placing heavy books at the corners and along the edges. Leave your print in this position for a couple of days.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PRINT?

Generally, we do not like to customize prints as it does affect the artistic balance with colours and positioning and may change the overall feel.
