At French Canvas Studio, many of our products are handmade, personalized, printed to order, or produced in small batches. As a result, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law or specifically covered under this policy.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order, as we are unable to modify custom items once production has begun.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Claims submitted without sufficient information or documentation may be denied.
Once reviewed, French Canvas Studio may, at its sole discretion:

Issue store credit

Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your property.

Check with household members and neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier.

Contact us if additional assistance is required.
French Canvas Studio may assist customers with carrier investigations where appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.
Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may not be approved.
If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable payment processing fees that are not refunded to us by the payment processor may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
