PACKING & SHIPPING:

Once your order is received, your prints will be individually created & packaged within 3-5 business days. Our paper prints are packaged according to their size with small and standard sized prints carefully inserted in a clear cello sleeve and shipped in a rigid mailing envelope. Large and deluxe prints are carefully inserted in a clear cello sleeve, gently rolled and shipped using a triangular mailing tube.

When purchases include multiple prints of varying sizes, smaller prints may be gently rolled alongside larger prints for shipping.

All orders, except those shipped to South Africa, are sent as tracked packets with an estimated arrival of 4 - 8 business days.

Shipping charges cover delivery costs, packaging materials and insurance.

All original oil paintings are shipped with insurance and tracking.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:   

Please note that as a small shop and with the delicate nature of our paper products, we do not accept returns. Please don't hesitate to reach out as we know some things may require consideration and attention.

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know as quickly as possible. We will require details and photos to initiate a claim.

TARIFFS:  To our US customers, all products in our shop are tariff free. 

We are not responsible for customs fees, duty, tariffs or taxes of any kind charged by the customer's governmental authority.
